Returns

  • Eligibility Window: You may return most new, unopened items within 7-days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include:

    • Opened software or media

    • Personal care items

    • Any product marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • Partial Refunds: A partial refund may be issued for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us first.

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a defect or fulfillment error on our end.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
